How it works

Welcome to our short term rental section. We have the widest range of apartments in the whole Kyiv , for individuals as well as groups. Under short term rentals we can provide you with accommodation from 2 nights up to 6 months. Most of our apartments are located in the center of Kiev and other desirable residential areas. Upon request we can also provide other services, e.g. interiors for filming, villas, cottages, an equipped photographic studio, etc.

This type of accommodation will allow you to live in Kiev in comfort and privacy for a very competitive price. You will always have the possibility to cook at home, as most apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, or at least a stove or a hotplate. We also offer discounts for stays longer than a week or a month – the longer you stay, the cheaper it gets.

How to arrange your stay
the best and fastest way is to send us an email with the name of the apartment you like, the term of your stay, number of persons and how many bedrooms you require, and we will get back to you as soon as possible
you are, of course, always welcome to visit us at our office or call us.

Your arrival and accommodation

We can reccomend a reliable taxi company, which we can arrange prior to your flight. The taxi will wait for you at the airport even in case your flight has been delayed. You will then be taken to your apartment, where our broker or the owner will meet you.

Your broker or his colleagues from the short term rental department will be at your disposal for the entire duration of your stay. If you need anything, you can also contact our assistant, who is at our office in the center Mon – Fri 24 hours a day
